The Kirk & Company Experience

Some of what we do is the same as any fine jewelry store. We sell engagement rings. We resize bands. We replace batteries.

What we hope makes the difference is how we do it.

We are a third-generation, family-owned jewelry store. We have been in business since 1991 and have called Milford, Ohio home since 2007. Our team includes designers, gemologists, and goldsmiths. Custom is our specialty, and every custom piece we make is designed and built in-house at our Milford store.Our role is to educate and to guide. We answer questions thoroughly. We explain trade-offs clearly. We give you space to decide on your own timeline.

When you book with us, you can choose to work with a specific Diamond & Design Specialist. Each brings a different background and a different set of strengths. Many clients tell us they had a better experience after seeing who they would be working with first.

Not sure who to book with? That is fine. Select a general appointment when you schedule and we will match you with the right person based on your needs.

What to Bring

You do not need to bring much. We will prompt you for what is helpful when you book, but in general:

*For diamond or engagement ring appointments: any inspiration images, an idea of budget (even an approximate range helps), and your partner's ring size if known

*For custom design: sketches, inspiration, heirloom pieces, or stones you want to incorporate

*For repair or restoration: the piece itself, and any documentation if you have it

*For gold or diamond buying: the items, plus a valid government-issued photo ID

*For general visits: nothing in particular

If you forget something, we can usually work around it.
