Restored pieces and Care Plans
Because restoration and heirloom work involves existing materials that cannot be certified as new, these pieces are not eligible for a Jewelers Mutual Care Plan. We are still happy to provide ongoing cleaning, inspection, and prong checks to help protect your piece.

Can you restore a piece that has been damaged or is missing a stone?
In most cases, yes. Bring the piece in for an evaluation and we will walk you through what is possible and what to expect.
Can I turn an old piece into something new?
Absolutely. Many of our custom projects start as a restoration and grow into a full redesign. Ask us about combining these two services.
How long does restoration take?
Restoration can take up to 12 weeks depending on the condition of the piece and the scope of work involved.
Is my restored heirloom eligible for a Care Plan?
No. Because heirloom pieces include existing materials, they are not eligible for a Jewelers Mutual Care Plan, though we are happy to keep cleaning and inspecting the piece going forward.
