Custom is where we started, and it is still the heart of what we do. When you sit down with one of our Diamond and Design Specialists, you are not browsing a case. You are starting a piece that will carry a story for years to come.

Bring a photo, a family stone, or simply a feeling. We’ll sketch ideas together and give you a clear quote.

CAD and wax
See a photo-real rendering, then try on a wax model before any metal is cast.

Crafted and inspected
Made at our own bench in Milford, with a final inspection by Joe Kirk before it’s placed in your hands.

Bring in a family stone, an old ring, or a drawer of gold you no longer wear. Our designers specialize in turning heirlooms into something entirely new. When you trade in old gold toward custom work, you’ll receive 20% extra credit.

When should I start a custom Christmas gift?
Begin a new custom design by October 31. Most custom pieces take 8 to 10 weeks from consultation to completion, and every one is designed and crafted in our Milford studio.
