Most custom pieces are ready in 8 to 10 weeks. Full custom work involving an heirloom stone or restoration can take up to 12 weeks, so early October is the latest recommended start for heirloom projects and mid to late October for new custom design.

Do you have ready made jewelry available for immediate purchase?

Yes. Kirk & Company's Milford showroom carries ready to give jewelry alongside our custom design services, so you can find a gift the same day if you are not starting a custom piece.

Can a custom piece include a family heirloom stone or gold?

Yes. Many custom projects begin with a stone or piece of gold a client already owns. Our team will evaluate the material, recommend how to feature it, and walk you through the process.

Does the Jewelers Mutual Care Plan cover heirloom pieces?

The Jewelers Mutual Care Plan applies only to pieces made entirely of new components. Because heirloom materials cannot be certified as new, any piece that incorporates a family stone or existing gold does not qualify for the Care Plan.

Do I need an appointment to shop for Christmas?

An appointment is not required, but it does give you dedicated one on one time with a Diamond and Design Specialist. It is especially recommended for custom design consultations given the holiday timeline.
