Do you sell both natural and lab grown diamonds?

Yes. We offer both, and we walk every client through the differences so they can choose based on what matters to them. We do not push one option over the other.

Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds. They are not simulants like cubic zirconia or moissanite. They are graded and certified, though as of October 2025, GIA uses different grading terminology for lab grown diamonds (Premium or Standard) than for natural diamonds (the traditional 4Cs nomenclature).

How are diamonds priced?

Diamond pricing depends primarily on the 4Cs: cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Origin (natural vs lab grown) also plays a significant role, with lab grown diamonds generally available at a lower price point than natural diamonds of comparable size and quality. We discuss pricing transparently during your appointment so you can see exactly what your budget buys you.

Can I bring in a diamond I already own?

Absolutely. We work with heirloom and family diamonds frequently. Our jewelers can evaluate the stone, design a new setting around it, or incorporate it into a redesign through our custom jewelry design process.

Do you sell loose diamonds, or only finished jewelry?

Both. We sell loose diamonds, which you can then set into a ring or other piece, and we sell finished diamond jewelry across every category (engagement, wedding, fashion, and gifts).

Do I need an appointment to see diamonds?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but an appointment guarantees that one of our team members can give you focused, uninterrupted time. We recommend booking ahead, especially for engagement ring and custom design conversations.

How do I know I am getting a quality diamond?

Every diamond we sell comes with documentation appropriate to its type. Natural diamonds typically include a GIA grading report or equivalent. Lab grown diamonds include a GIA Laboratory-Grown Diamond Quality Assessment (Premium or Standard) or equivalent documentation. Our gemologist is available to walk you through any report during your appointment.
