For clients who are not sure what they need or want unhurried time to see what we offer, this is the best place to start. Work one-on-one with a jewelry professional to explore engagement rings, wedding bands, or fine jewelry. Whether you’re just starting or ready to choose, we’ll guide you through options, answer your questions, and help you find something you feel confident in.

You don’t need to bring much.
We’ll prompt you for what is helpful when you book, but in general:
- Engagement ringsInspiration images, an idea of budget (even an approximate range helps), and your partner’s ring size if known.
- Custom designSketches, inspiration, heirloom pieces, or stones you want to incorporate.
- Repair or restorationThe piece itself, and any documentation if you have it.
- Selling goldThe items, plus a valid government-issued photo ID.
- General visitsNothing in particular.
