THE PROCESS

Here is what to expect when you bring gold in to sell.

1. Walk in or schedule an appointment. Small quantities, such as a handful of pieces, one coin, or a single bracelet, usually do not need an appointment. For larger collections, estate items, or coin collections, we recommend booking ahead.
2. We evaluate your items in front of you. Nothing leaves your sight. We test purity, weigh each piece, and explain what we are seeing.
3. We present a written offer. You see exactly how the offer was calculated.
4. You decide. There is no obligation. Our offer is valid the same day, based on that day's gold spot price.
5. If you want time to think it over, take your gold home. When you return, we will re-test and re-weigh, then present a new offer based on the current market.
