Learn about Watch Repairs

We are able to replace batteries as wellas replace or adjust watch bands in-house.  If you are interested in having your watch movement or crystal repaired or replaced, we would need to send it to a watch repair specialist. We are happy to be a drop-off location for your watch repair needs. 

We will send your watch out for an estimate to be repaired and contact you with a quote. Once you've approved the quote, your watch will be put in line to be repaired.  Once the repair is complete and your watch is back in our store we'll notify you that it is ready to be picked up. If you choose not to have the repair done, you will be able to pick up your watch the following week. Watch estimates are $25.

Watch repairs are currently taking anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months, depending on the type and extent of the repair needed.
